Although I never knew Lowell, I know you, his family and he would be so proud. To his daughters- you are beautiful and have the same twinkle in their eyes that your dad had. To his parents- you are amazing brave as you walk forward and bring honor to your son every chance you get. To all of those who loved Lowell, I am so sorry he died and wish I could have know him.

I never knew Tom, but he is like so many of the brave young men and women I've met who've volunteered to serve and have done their duty without complaint. He sounds like a fine young man and a superior father, husband, and father. I will visit his place among the honored dead at Arlington Cemetery and there thank him for what he and his family have given this country. We all owe a debt impossible to repay, but we should never fail to acknowledge it.

Your family is blessed through the generations as Tom's life & death honors his wonderful parents and passes down the greatest of values to his beautiful daughters. May his wife's heart be comforted and may the void in your lives be filled with joy whenever you bring forth your memories of the time you had together until that glorious reunion over there.
